Accelerated Reader Awards
The last year has been a bumper year for reading in St Conors, with nine pupils becoming Accelerated Reader Word Millionaires. Pupils become Reading Millionaires when they have read one million words on the Accelerated Reader Programme. Not only that but, two of our Millionaires are in Year 4- a fantastic achievement!!
Each pupil to have read a million words has received a certificate and a special plaque in recognition of their magnificent achievement.

There are also a large number of pupils who, although they haven’t become word millionaires, have hit their book points targets. This too is a brilliant achievement and pupils received their certificate at our recent Reading Assembly with plenty of big smiles on show.
It was very pleasing to award lots of pupils across all classes and to see P7GMC as having achieved the highest word count! Well done!
Which class will scoop the summer award and receive some fab prizes?? We’ll let you know next half term!
