On Wednesday, 20 children from Year 6 and 7 competed in the return of the Drumragh Sarsfields GAC Primary Schools' Tournament. Yet again, the St. Conor’s players were outstanding and performed superbly. In this mixed team event, team 1 were very unlucky to lose to St. Scire’s PS in extra time in the Cup quarter final. Team 2 were edged out by one point in the shield final by Christ the King PS. We thank Drumragh GAC and especially Ben Monk for organising such a well organised event – a brilliant day’s football.
