Each year, the children in Year 3 participate in the Paired Reading Programme. This eight week programme helps to improve children’s fluency, expression and confidence in reading. The children took part with enthusiasm and had very positive experiences, which included, many of them having a greater interest in books! An assembly was held to celebrate the children’s efforts and they were rewarded with a certificate and book!
