A real 'buzz' in Primary 3!

On Friday 16th May, children in Primary 3 were treated to a special visit from Orlaigh Sally, beekeeper of Clogher Valley Beekeeping Association and teacher of St. Cecelia's College in Derry.

Orlaigh brought in a small bee colony and children had the opportunity to see live working bees in action as well as learning lots of interesting facts and information about them!

Many thanks to Clogher Valley Beekeeping Association and St. Cecelia's College in Derry for this fantastic learning experience!

It certainly created a really 'buzz' amongst the pupils and staff!
