P4 joined a fun and spooky online Halloween-themed workout session filled with energetic music and lively moves. Sasha put us through our paces, as we had a go at ghost jumps, pumpkin squats, and monster marches. We had so much fun and are so grateful to Sasha and all at Core Kids! Well done P4!
