Relax kids in Year 1

The children in Year 1AD have just completed a six week block of Relax Kids. The programme supports the little ones' mental and emotional health and well being. It introduces them to a range of tools and techniques to help them calm their body and mind and build confidence and self-esteem. A huge thank you to Mrs Quinn for facilitating the sessions.
