Year 5 pupils recently visited the Armagh Planetarium as part of their learning in their World Around Us topic - 'Reach For The Stars'. The children were actively engaged in making and launching rockets as well as visiting the space gallery where they played a range of interactive games. The pupils acquired a wealth of information about the Solar System and how to survive in space. A great day was had by all with many pupils aspiring to be future astronauts!
